Payment
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PAYPAL. Please note that your order will be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Sales tax is applicable only for purchases being shipped to Tennessee.
 
Shipping
NCB Jewelry is handmade with quality and care in Nashville, TN.
After your online order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with estimated shipping and delivery date plus a tracking number for your package.
Online orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Depending on availability, some orders may take as long as 14 days to ship. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insurance and tracking included. Allow 2-4 days for shipping within the continental US. International shipping is a flat fee of $25, including insurance and tracking. Allow a minimum 7-14 days for international shipping.

Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of the jewelry listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products or materials, especially the one-of-a-kind pieces. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. 
 
Refund & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your new jewelry! If you are, for any reason, not entirely satisfied with your purchase at ncbjewelry.com, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Returns and exchanges may be subject to shipping charge. Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued within 15 days to the credit card used in the original purchase. In the event that goods are delivered faulty, damaged or not up to your expectations please contact us immediately at ncbjewelry@gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
 
Product Repair
Because of the nature of fine gemstones and metal, it is important that our customers care for their products and treat them delicately. We guarantee our jewelry for at least one year, so if you encounter any problems before then, we’ll take care of it at no cost. After one year, there may be a small charge for repair or rework.
